Whether you're looking for a peaceful haven, a cosy romantic getaway or a fun break, relaxation is guaranteed when you choose the self-contained and rustic accommodation at Trewarden. Set in picturesque private grounds, it's the perfect location for your getaway, and a great base from which to explore all that the breathtaking North Cornwall coastline has to offer.

Set in rural and beautiful countryside, the tranquil, unspoilt settlement of Crackington Haven is a little-known jewel in Cornwall's crown. It's no surprise that the odd celebrity has chosen it as their sanctuary in which to unwind - the mix of wild seas and rugged coastline is a great source of inspiration for artists, poets and musicians alike. It boasts a wonderful pub and two cafe's, and a steep hill down to reach them.... NB. No taxi ranks here!

Crackington is a stone's throw away from Port Isaac, the setting for Port Wenn, where the ever popular, award-winning Doc Martin series is filmed. And for those interested in myth and history, Tintagel - the birthplace of King Arthur, is not far off. It's difficult not to let your imagination run wild in this beautiful part of England - with stories of wreckers, and smugglers being so prevalent in local folklore. Make a visit to the locations for Poldark, the BBC TV series....

My husband and I have been residents in Cornwall for over twenty years, having always had a connection with the West Country, and can help you out with local knowledge, from surf lessons to the best places to eat....

Well-behaved pets welcome in the Treehouse by prior arrangement:  2 dogs maximum - £30 extra each.
